There are only some days left to Daniel Kajmakoski’s first rehearsal on stage in Vienna. The artist is preparing very intensively with his great team and his stage companions, the band MERJ (former Blackstreet).

Earlier today, Daniel Kajmakoski has announced that the American R&B group MERJ, formerly known as Blackstreet, will perform with the singer on stage in Vienna.

I still can’t believe that my biggest wish will soon become reality! These incredibly talented musicians have always been my idols, I grew up with their music and now I am performing with them on Eurovision stage! Performing with idols is a dream comes true for every artist!

Under the name MERJ there are Mark Middleton, Eric Williams and Jeremy Hanna, formerly known as Blackstreet. These Grammy Award winners have a huge experience in R&B music. Most of you definitely know their song No Diggity that sold 1.6 million copies in 1996, and won the 1998 Grammy Award for Best R&B Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocals and was nominated for Grammy Award for Best R&B Song.

Daniel Kajmakoski’s team has also revealed that Mojca Horvat will be the singer’s choreographer and stage director. Mojca Horvat already worked on such projects as musicals in Broadway, opening of Winter Olympic Games, theatre, movies and operas. "The stage performance will follow the emotion of the song, because it’s a ballad we will try to create a bit of mystery and playing with lights on stage," says Mojca Horvat.

Ivana Rabrenovik will be Daniel’s official stylist. She already gained a great experience while working with the F.Y.R. Macedonian representatives Tijana Dapčević (2014) and Marija Šerifović (2007). "We will generally use three colors for Daniel and his backing vocals, that is: black, grey and white and some small details. I believe that these three colors look best on the camera. My goal is they looking classy and feel good during the whole performance", said Ivana Rabrenovic.
