Croatian semi-final hopefuls revealed

According to the fan site Eurovision-Croatia.com, Croatian broadcaster HRT received 199 songs. The following 14 songs and performers were chosen to sing at the semi-final of Dora 2009:

  1. Cager Zec & Papak Dance Company - Ritam Da Se Ritam
  2. Alen Vitasović & Lela Kaplowitz - Tamo Gdje Ljubav Poèinje
  3. Marta Kuliš - Makni Se
  4. Feminem  - Trebam Te
  5. Maja Vuèić - Tebe Imam Ja
  6. Marko Tolja - Stranci
  7. Ivo Gamulin Gianni - Daj Mi Jedan Razlog
  8. Jelena Radan - Voljet Cu Te Sutra
  9. Goran Karan - Adam & Eva
  10. Ricardo Luque - Ljubav Ima Njeno Lice
  11. ? - Raduj Se
  12. Sane - Deèk
  13. Tomislav Bralić & Klapa Intrade - Ne Damo Te Pismo Naša
  14. Dražen Žanko - Samo Ti

One of the most familiar names for Eurovision Song Contest viewers and fans is the group Feminem. In 2005, the three-girl group represented Bosnia & Herzegovina at the Eurovision Song Contest with the song Call Me, which was dedicated to the 50th anniversary of the competition.

Croatian broadcaster HRT also selected four reserve songs, should any of the 14 chose or be forced to withdraw:

  2. Mario Battifiaca - Ma Gdje Bila
  3. Saša Jakelić - San
  4. Klapa Kampanel - Ma Ja Tosamo Zamišlam
