After Croatia scored its best ever result at the Eurovision Song Contest 2024, interest was always going to be high back home when it came to Basel 2025.

And sure enough, Croatian broadcaster HRT ended up receiving an all-time record number of song submissions for the next edition of its Eurovision pre-selection, Dora

221 entries were sent into the competition in the hopes of making the final cut. And now that a jury of music professionals has sifted through and listened to them all, while voting for their favourites, HRT is ready to reveal the 24 artists and songs that have been successful in their application to Dora 2025.

Dora will consist of two semi-finals and a final, which is slated to take place in the second half of February.

Here are the 24 artists confirmed to be taking part, as well as the song titles of the entries that they'll be competing with:

Ananda - Lies Lay Cold

EoT - Bye, Bye, Bye

Filomena - Strong

Irma - Enigma

IVXN - Monopol

Jelena Radan - SALUT!

Lara feat. LSQ - MAMA

Teenah - Aurora

Amongst the lineup of names, we have one act who has represented Croatia at the Eurovision Song Contest before.

Back in 1995, on Croatia's third outing to the Contest, the country was represented by the group Magazin featuring Lidija. The song Nostalgija ended up finishing in 6th place, and gave Croatia the first of 6 top 10 results that it would achieve over the next 7 years; launching what is regarded by fans as Croatia's imperial phase at the Eurovision Song Contest.

Magazin return to Dora in 2025 with the song AaAaA.

HRT has also released the names of the 4 reserves, in case one or more of the 24 is not able to participate.

SWINGERS - FUL KUL

Fenksta - Ekstra

Patricia Gasparini - KARMA

llyricum - TANANAI

The reserves list is particularly worthy of noting this year, considering that Baby Lasagna's Rim Tim Tagi Dim was initially featured on that very list for Dora 2024, and was only able to take part in and win the competition once another song had withdrawn.

In Malmö, Rim Tim Tagi Dim took Croatia to the Grand Final of the 68th Eurovision Song Contest. There, it finished in second place, winning the public vote and amassing a huge points tally of 547.

It became Croatia's best result at the Eurovision Song Contest to date.
