Countdown to Malmö: Spectacular seconds

With less than two weeks to go until the first rehearsals for the 2013 Eurovision Song Contest begin in Malmö, we are celebrating with taking a look back at some of the entries that have made the show great over the past 9 years, when the Semi-Final format first appeared on our screens.
Today, we are celebrating all the songs that came in second place since Istanbul in 2004 and right up until Baku in 2012. All the videos have been conveniently placed below for you to watch!
Next time we will look at all the winning entries since 2004, including some of the biggest stars in the history of the contest!
The 2013 Eurovision Song Contest will take place on the 14th, 16th and 18th of May at the Malmö Arena in Malmö, Sweden where 39 countries will compete for the ultimate prize. The Eurovision.tv team will be there to provide the best and most up-close coverage of all the rehearsals and much much more! Make sure you stay tuned!
