Bosnia-Herzegovina goes with Vukašin Brajić
11 January 2010 at 20:45 CETToday the professional jury for the Bosnia-Herzegovina national selection, BH Eurosong 2010, decided on Vukašin Brajić and his song Munja I Grom (Lightning And Thunder). The composer of the song is Dino Šaran, a famous Bosnia-Herzegovina composer and frontman of the popular rock band Letu Štuke.
The first public performance of the entry will take place on 7th of March, in a special program called BH Eurosong 2010 on BHT1.
Big names
Vukašin Brajić was born on the 9th of February, 1984 in Sanski, Bosnia and Herzegovina. He became famous through the reality show Operacija Trijumf, where he reached the second place. During the show, Vukašin was the most outstanding participant of the show where he gained a huge popularity because of his incredible vocal and stage performances.
Dino Šaran was born on 4th of January in 1969, in Sarajevo. He's the frontman of the rock group Letu Štuke and one of the most popular composers in Bosnia-Herzegovina and Croatia. He's written songs for well known Balkan singers, like Vanna, Crvena Jabuka, Luka Nižetić and Halid Bešlić.
Bosnia and Herzegovina finished ninth in the 2009 edition of the Eurovision Song Contest with Regina's anthem for love, Bistra Voda.
