Blue do their bit for Comic Relief

Every two years the charity Comic Relief and BBC organise the Red Nose Day appeal and telethon to raise money to combat poverty around the world. The charity was set up in the 1980s and since then has raised over £650 million through the medium of comedy.

This year the United Kingdom entrants, Blue will be demonstrating ways to fundraise for this event by way of a few short films to be broadcast throughout the night. These will include "dressing up, baking and selling cakes, or even washing cars", according to the BBC.

The BBC have also been behind the scenes whilst the band were recording these films.

It has also just been confirmed that Blue will peform their entry I Can at the Eurovision In Concert event being held at Club Air in Amsterdam on the 9th of April. 18 other acts have also confirmed for this epic event!

The United Kingdom will take part in the final of the Eurovision Song Contest being held on the 14th of May in Düsseldorf, Germany.
