"The song that will defend the Belgian colours was selected by RTBF last autumn," the Director of Entertainment of the broadcaster Jean-Michel Germys told the fan portal Belgovision.com.
"The Belgian song for Moscow and he (she or them) who will perform the song wil be presented at the beginning of March," he added.
Belgium did not qualify for the Grand Final of Europe's favorite TV-show last year with their song O Julissi by Ishtar.
