Belarus: Call for entries for internal selection

Just like last year, the Belarusian representative in the 2011 Eurovision Song Contest will be internally chosen by an expert jury. Until February 21st, interested singers can send in their potential entries. The jury will then evaluate all songs and pick a winner until March 1st. There are no limitations regarding the nationality of the singers and songwriters taking part in the open selection.

Belarus has been represented in the Eurovision Song Contest since 2004. So far, the best placing was reached by Koldun, who came sixth in the Final of the 2007 Eurovision Song Contest with Work Your Magic. This year, Belarus was drawn to participate in the second half of the Second Semi-Final, to take place on May 12th in Düsseldorf.
