Behind the scenes: How pyrotechnics work on stage

Fireworks have become an integral part of many a performance in the Eurovision Song Contest in the past years. But how do they actually work? Who is in charge of them, and how do they make sure that nobody gets hurt? We talked to Renzo Cargnelutti who gave us a short tour of the stage and explained some of the effects used this year.
