RTVA reported that the call is open for Andorran artists, but they await submissions from other countries too. The deadline for sending in songs is the last day of this year, the 31st of December.
After that, an international july will select three possible entries that will take part in a public competition featuring three special television programs. The winner of the Andorran national selection will be chosen by televoters.
In the weeks ahead, more information about the Andorran national selection will be revealed.
