Italy has a unique way of selecting their entry for the Eurovision Song Contest. The biggest music festival in Italy each year is called San Remo, and Italian broadcaster RAI has the choice of any artist from the festival to represent them in the Eurovision Song Contest. Head of the Italian delegation Nicola Caligiore explains how Nina Zilli was selected in our video.
