Final three acts revealed for 'Eurovision - Australia Decides'

Broadcaster SBS just revealed their final three acts for Eurovision - Australia Decides.
Get ready for rock music icon Ella Hooper, Aussie pop legend Tania Doko and The Voice Australia winner Alfie Arcuri. Australia's national selection will be broadcast live on Saturday 9 February.

Australia reveals more contenders for their national selection

Broadcaster SBS adds three artists to Eurovision - Australia Decides: drag queen and reality tv talent show veteran Courtney Act (Australian Idol, RuPaul's Drag Race), pop star Aydan (The Voice Australia) and the 16-year-old singer-songwriter Leea Nanos. The show will be broadcast live on Saturday 9 February.

Operación Triunfo underway to pick Spanish act for Eurovision 2019

Operación Triunfo will deliver Spain's 2019 Eurovision Song Contest participant for the second year in a row. The selection method is slightly different this year; from a total of seventeen songs, seven will be selected internally by broadcaster RTVE and three will be shortlisted via online voting, starting on the 20th of December. These ten songs will be performed in January, the winner will go on to represent Spain in Tel Aviv.

EBU statement about stage invasion during UK act

The EBU regrets a stage invasion took place during the United Kingdom's performance at the Eurovision Song Contest Grand Final in Lisbon this evening. The person responsible is currently in police custody. The UK singer SuRie and her team were offered the option to sing again but decided not to because they were extremely proud of her performance and have decided that there is absolutely no reason to perform the song again.
