Tamara Gachechiladze
Tamara Gachechiladze, who also performs under the name Tako, will represent Georgia in the 2017 Eurovision Song Contest, with the song Keep The Faith.Tamara Gachechiladze has taken part in a number of national and international festivals and creative events. Tamara is a permanent fixture of any large concert that takes place in Georgia's capital Tbilisi. She also often takes part in international jazz festivals and has participated in the World Youth Delphic Games as well as numerous festivals and concerts.
Tamara was member group selected to represent Georgia in the Eurovision Song Contest in 2009, Stephane and 3G. Eventually, Georgia withdrew from the contest and didn't take part that year. In 2015 she won the TV talent contest Your Face Sounds Familiar and since 1997 she has been a soloist in the Tbilisi Concert Orchestra.

What are the most interesting aspects about your entry?
There is only one most interesting and important aspect in my entry! The message of the song itself. I wanted to tell to the whole world that no matter how tougher situations in life can be, you got to keep the faith , believe in yourself and never give up.
What are the most impressive facts about you?
When I was a very small girl I realised that I could sing.
Do you have a (lucky) routine before going on stage?
I pray before I go on stage.
Why is the Eurovision Song Contest important for you?
The Eurovision Song Contest is important not only for me but for my country as well. I want to make my country more famous and let the world listen to my voice.
