Netta represented Israel at the 2018 Eurovision Song Contest with the song 'TOY' and eventually took home the trophy, winning the Grand Final with 529 points.
Netta won this year’s Rising Star reality music show, HaKokhav HaBa L'Eurovizion ('The Next Star For Eurovision') and the ticket to represent Israel in the 2018 Eurovision Song Contest. She is a very ambitious and determined 25-year-old, but despite her young age, Netta has an extensive background in music. She finished high school with excellence merit in extended music studies and went on to study in the renowned Rimon School of Music in the Electronic Studies Department.
In 2012 Netta was an instructor and manager of guide counsels in a professional Camp for Young Musicians. She served as a singer in the Israeli Navy band and continued her musical training in that framework. Later on, Netta went on to be the house singer of the Bar Giora club for three years, also artistically directing its weekly blues nights.
In 2016 Netta co-founded an improvisation singing ensemble called The Experiment, touring all over Israel and collaborating with the famous Bat Sheva ensemble. She then received the leading role in the theatre production Running on the Sea, with theatre professor Ruth Kanner and composer Avshalom Ariel, who is one of her backing vocalists this in this year's Eurovision Song Contest.
In 2017 Netta got another lead role, in Noam Inbar's piece called The Book of Challenges, an a capella music work that was part of the Tel Aviv Museum's Singing in the Squares project. Netta has been an active soloist for two years in the successful show group Gaberband, performing both in Israel and abroad and has been giving looping workshops for young musicians in middle- and high schools.

Doron Medalie is one of Israel's most successful song writers, composers and artistic directors. With over 350 songs throughout his career, he's known for his crazy happy music. If you ever visited Tel Aviv, you probably know the city's anthem - Tel Aviv Ya Habibi - one of his top hits. Medalie also wrote two big hits for the Greek pop star Eleni Foureira, who's representing Cyprus at the 2018 Eurovision Song Contest. Toy is his third entry for Israel, collaborating with Stav Beger.
Stav Beger is an upcoming Israeli producer, writer and composer. Stav is only 25 years old and has written several Israeli hits over the last two years. Toy is his first entry for the Eurovision Song Contest.
