'Roi' has returned for France

French hopeful Bilal Hassani took the Expo Tel Aviv stage for his second round of rehearsals. Not much has changed from the first round of rehearsals: Bilal his extraordinary dancers, Lizzy Howell and Lin Ching-lan, delivered a polished performance of the empowering entry. As one of the pre-qualified 'Big Five', Bilal will take the stage in the second half of the Grand Final of the 2019 Eurovision Song Contest on Saturday 18 May at Expo Tel Aviv in Israel.
