Eurovision 2019: Second Semi-Final qualifiers give press conference

During a press conference at the Expo Tel Aviv, the 10 qualifiers from the second Semi-Final of the 2019 Eurovision Song Contest draw whether they will perform in the first or second half of the Grand Final. The producers will determine the definitive running order after the second Semi-Final.
