Everything you need to know about the Eurovision Song Contest
Arena plus is a public viewing and pre-show in Basel’s football stadium for the Eurovision Song Contest Grand Final on Saturday 17 May 2025. It is situated right next to the main venue (St. Jakobshalle) and has space for 36,000 people to enjoy and celebrate the Eurovision Grand Final show together. It includes a 90-minute pre-show with live performances by international and national artists, starting around 19:30 CET, as well as a public viewing of the Grand Final on large screens starting at 21:00 CET.

The event will take place at the St. Jakob-Park football stadium in Basel on Saturday 17 May 2025.
The first wave of tickets for Arena plus were made available online via TicketCorner on Thursday 30 January.
Even though the currently available contingents are almost sold out, fans can hope to buy tickets again at a later date. Information on the start of a second sales phase will be provided in due course.
A maximum of 10 tickets can be purchased per person.

There is no age limit for the Eurovision Song Contest Arena plus event. Children under the age of 14 are only admitted if accompanied by an adult.
An individual ticket is required for each visitor regardless of age.
Tickets are only available on www.ticketcorner.ch. If you want to be able to buy tickets for Arena plus you need a TicketCorner customer account. If you do not have a customer account yet, you can create one here.
The Eurovision Song Contest and Arena plus are Mobile Tickets Only events. This means you cannot download a PDF and print it and you cannot make a screenshot of the QR-code stated on the ticket. You can find your ticket(s) in the TicketCorner app. If you have more than one ticket, please make sure every ticket is personalised and transferred to the right person.
You have to show your ticket at the entrance on your Mobile phone in combination with your ID. More info about the TicketCorner app can be found here.
Tickets are delivered via the TicketCorner app under 'my events'. The valid QR-code, that will give access to the event, will be delivered shortly before the event takes place. Tickets can be transferred in the TicketCorner app.
We strongly advise you to buy tickets through our official ticketing partner www.ticketcorner.ch. At a later stage we will open an official re-sell platform from Ticketcorner (fansale.ch) in case you are not able to come to one of the shows. Tickets can only be offered at face value (applicable fees excluded).

Wheelchair tickets can only be booked by mail: [email protected]. For each wheelchair space, a ticket for an accompanying person on the wheelchair level is mandatory and is already included in the ticket price. These seats are located in the Category 2 areas (Sector C, stalls) in the back rows. There is a floor marking for the wheelchair space in the corresponding sector, which must match the information on the ticket. The seat for the accompanying person is located directly next to it. Please note that the number of wheelchair spaces and seats for accompanying persons is limited and that they can be purchased as long as they are available.
Visitors who open the link to the order page on 30 January before 10:00 CET will be allocated a random spot in the waiting queue by the system. Visitors who open the link after 10:00 CET will join at the end of the queue. Visiting the website the day before the sales start doesn’t give you any guarantee to get a higher place in the queue.
You are advised not to refresh the ticket page or you will lose your position and be placed at the back of the queue.
When you get through the queue you will able to select tickets.
As you enter the booking page and tickets are in your online basket, you will have 12 minutes to finalise your order. Please keep your payment details ready.

You must personalise your tickets during the purchasing process. Please have the names of your accompanying persons ready if you buy more than one ticket. If you need to personalise the tickets again in the coming months, a fee of CHF 10 per ticket will be charged.
There will be an option to change the name on the tickets. TicketCorner will inform you in the Help Centre.

The memory ticket is free of charge, only shipping costs apply. It will be dispatched approx. two to three weeks after the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 Grand Final.

With an Arena plus ticket you will benefit from a discount of up to CHF 20 on your journey to Basel SBB (central station) on the day of the show. You will receive your personal discount code and further information on how to redeem it approximately one month before the event.
Your Arena plus ticket allows you to use public transport in the Basel region for free. Valid on the day of the event (17 May 2025) and until 05:00 CET on the following day (18 May 2025) for the outward and return journey to the event venue in second class within the Tarifverbund Nordwestschweiz (TNW) and Regio Verkehrsverbund Lörrach as well as the Distribus lines. 2nd class (2.) Close to the event, TicketCorner will communicate what you may or may not bring to St Jakob-Park.
The Eurovision Song Contest 2025 organisation aims to create an inclusive and accessible event for everyone.
