Ludovico told reporters:

‘Achille Lauro’s involvement [last year] helped to make [Una Voce Per San Marino] known. Like everything new we need to grow, and we will grow, year after year. We will have to be lucky and also good to find a new, real talent to bring to Liverpool, the home of the Beatles’

International interest in the contest has been high, with SMRTV receiving applications from 32 different countries. In total, over 500 submissions have been made via the broadcaster’s website, with Italian and Spanish artists leading the pack

It was also announced that Senhit (who represented San Marino in 2011, 2020 and 2021) will host the show, joined by a number of guest performers, including last year’s winner Achille Lauro.

Senhit will co-host Una Voce Per San Marino SMRTV

The Grand Final of Una Voce Per San Marino will take place on Saturday 25 February.
